Not much to say, except for one mini tip.

It's been, at best, a strange year for many this year, and I hope you know by now that much of the challenges in your job search are driven by the market.

And not by anything you are necessarily doing wrong.

January is a natural time for employers to kickstart their recruitment, and it's likely you'll see some benefit from this.

However, it's often a little later than you might expect, given the first full week back tends to deal with all the neglected firefighting and admin.

So it's likely January 12th or even the 19th before the natural cycle begins again.

In other words, don't be too disheartened if the week of the 5th feels quiet.
